Tfw you fail a M+ or something because you blinked or thought just a little bit too hard.

Neuralink’s first patient, Noland Arbaugh, experienced a significant hardware setback a few weeks after his January 2024 surgery when a number of the brain-chips’s ultra-fine threads retracted from his motor cortex, reducing the data and number of active electrodes.

They eventually fixed this issue by patching and updating the software in the chip, but my god – with how Blizzard rolls out patches, would you really want your brain-chip at THEIR mercy?

I mean, I’m not entirely sure why anyone who isn’t severely disabled would want a brain chip at all.

Naw. I played the corpo intro to cyberpunk. No thank you.

People would complain that the add-on that links your brain is playing the game for you

I never doubted you my dear Phae

in america we call them brain french fries.

The only problem with brain chips is what if 1337 h4x0r5 hacked your brain?

Brain chips would make a high fat snack. Probably like pork rinds?

i feed them to my digimon so they dont just stand around getting sonic jabbed all the time.

Then most of it wouldn’t be in English and not all so good to type either. Oh. I only think in English when here on these threads and sometimes when not on, but other than that, not always. Green Lantern powers….what is in your mind you can make into a reality type of deal.

Instead of bricking our machines we can look forward to games that brick our brains?

Joke’s on them, my brain is already bricked according to my wife.

Do you want to get mad cow disease? Because that’s how you get mad cow disease.

Also, I don’t see how a brain implant would help - Warcraft rarely involves the brain :smiling_face_with_horns:
