Please go look at any other game ever and see where the majority of the population plays. Also go look at how much more popular those games are.

It would be better to just narrow the gear delta than to create new brackets unnecessarily.

I will enjoy tbc for a bit. I’ll get bored. Hence I hope they make retail PvP an actual competitive game mode. If not then I’ll unsub like I did most of the start of SL.
You really only need a pvp trinket and the covenant gear. Getting 1400 after that in literally any form of rated content is braindead easy.
idk how you’re gonna say this and then immediately post an article claiming that the median ilvl of the 0-1399 bracket is 202. Stop giving yourself all these dumb excuses. Just play the damn game and you’d realize that this bracket isn’t the one infested with carries and that noone who has literally any idea what they’re doing should be stuck in there after 50 wins, let alone 500. If you get to a higher bracket and want to keep climbing but can’t beat the bad players with inflated/carried ilvl, then get it through some pve or do some rbgs. It’s not that complicated.
Again, the article you literally just linked for this says that the median ilvl for that bracket is 213.
It’s definitely dead and definitely terrible, but neither of those reasons are why you’re stuck at 184 ilvl. Sorry.

I’m just not brain dead enough to defend terrible systems. I’m saying the game sucks because it’s the only competitive mode ever where the pros hockey players are pitted against amateurs while the pros wear skates and the amateurs wear shoes.

Why would I trust someone to have a higher ilvl than that when they talk about how hard it is to reach 1400 while hiding behind an alt?
To be fair his max ilvl is 214 in pve gear with max seasonal rating of 764 in rbgs only.
I think there are much better sources of information though.

how else would i be able to make people feel terrible when i outheal the whole bg on my 185 hpriest at 1600??
Which is why I stopped doing BGs.
