Title says it all.
People are complaining about the new store mogs missing, just like the older ones.
This has been going on for a stupid amount of time. When it happens, the mogs are yanked from collections for random amounts of time. Not only do we lose access to paid mogs, but we also have to spend gold to reapply the mogs once they finally show back up.
Boycott store transmogs until Blizzard finally decides to fix the problem.
What happened?
As the op says, store transmogs continue to randomly disappear and it’s affecting the new mogs as well now. Unacceptable for paid mogs.
is this relating to the same sorta bs when the wintry doom crown and fiery horns helm mogs too that were in the store years ago?
As when the Sprite Darter transmog decides to randomly yeet from your appearance tab.
It’s a weird bug that’s been around for longer than it should.

The helm mog, wooly mog…any store mog will yeet itself from existence and leave you with the tab to re-xmog it when it finally brings itself back to life for five minutes.
My guess is whoever was responsible in coding the database entries for these store mogs failed database design 101. It’s really the only explanation that makes sense at this point.
Yeah, I lose my RaF Safari mog and my Fae mog for days at a time because of this stupid bug. Then I have to pay hundreds of gold again on certain characters if I want to re-apply the look that should have never gone away to begin with.
I don’t believe in boycotts, but I do believe these issues need to be dealt with instead of sweeping it under the rug.
They know about the bug, I remember reading a FAQ article on it a year ago.
Ridiculous.
They’ll fix it sooner or later… maybe.
You ain’t kidding. I know I have had the problem for over 8 months now. It has been reported multiple times by a bunch of people and still hasn’t been resolved.

Well I do use the shop that much, so I guess you can say I am “boycotting” it but only because there is nothing that appeals to me 
I think it’s actually an authentication bug. I think that there’s some kind of authentication process put on the transmog appearances on game load up that sometimes fails and then blocks access to appearances that people paid real money for.
But you made it sound like a basic bug.
