Yes, they can also be bought with blizzard balance. When BFA was half price, I bought two copies and two months of game time. No real money was used. Try againā€¦

If having multiple subscriptions is ā€œpay to winā€, then having even one subscription must also be ā€œpay to winā€. Congratulations on redefining the term so broadly that it applies to anyone who has ever subscribed to the game.

But then, thatā€™s all anti-multiboxers really have. Either redefining terms so vaguely that they could apply to almost everybody who has ever played the game, or just spreading misinformation.
