just opened a bunch of boxes (ones i had for a while) and all they gave were single herbs and pieces of cloth

i just opened 4 boxes and got a single goldclover from one, and a single piece of frostweave cloth from another
two of them had a single potion, so maybe potions arent totally removed just reduced massively

also ive only opened the questing boxes recently, not the tank/healer ones… also now that im thinking about it, these boxes might be ones from the grizzly hills dailies, so maybe just those ones have very low rewards in them…
okay yeah i think the boxes i opened were just boxes i had from the grizzly hill dailies… if no one else notices anything strange, i just opened a couple boxes and saw 1 cloth, 1 herb, etc coming out of them and feared the worst lol

cause what mount would they even give you? unless its one that drops from that specific dungeon and not the quest boxes maybe?

was it from a daily quest? ive never gotten just a single material from any of my boxes up until just now, but like i said its possible these might have been from the GH dailies so maybe the daily quest boxes are different
I wasn’t even aware there was a difference. I have no idea, it took me my 3rd dungeon to even realize I was getting anything from them
My best guess is they accidently gave the quest boxes the same item ID as the high level dungeon boxes. Then fixed it in a hot fix. No way lvl 68-70 quests should be giving a half dozen high level potions.
there’s 2 types of boxes. The “northrend supplies” you get from quests and other boxes (I fished up 2 yesterday and each one had a couple of resources (like 3 cobalt in one and 2 frostweave in the other).
Perhaps you’re mixing these up.
Was to be expected there was too many potions and elixirs in the boxes before, other mats will help distribute stuff.
