new professions interface seems to be bugged not allowing the selection to craft ‘Stygia Bar’
remains stuck on 1st selection out of 2 possible selections Mayiah-Kael’thas at the Soulsteel Anvil at the Altar of Domination in the maw . toon is already there… just click on the anvil… new ‘Stygia Crafting’ profession interface will appear… with only Armored Husk being selectable. However cannot craft Armored Hust without being able to first craft the now NON selectable ‘Stygia Bar [20]’ Bound Shadehound quest chain is bugged. any help woul be appreciated! tysm tyvm! have a wonderful wonderful day!
all addons are off and ui restart already done… etc.

This sounds similar to the problems that people are having with profession quests in Legion and BfA that are not adding required temporary recipes to the new UI.

You could try something that works in those cases. Stygia Bars are created by this spell:

The number in the URL is the spell ID for the creation process. That means you can type this into your chat:

/run PickupSpell(350399)

and it will hopefully give you an icon on your cursor to cast that spell, which you can then move to your toolbar to use. You would need to have the right mats and be in the right location as usual.

If there are other spells in the process (I did it but it was a while ago and I don’t remember) you would need to do the same for them, search Wowhead for the creation spell and use the spell ID in that function call.

tried and failed hopefully due to the Soulsteel Anvil no longer being interactable and the grapple points also missing at this time. Will try again when grapple points re-appear hoping that Soulsteel Anvil will become interactable again. I think it has to do with current Maw Assault creating phasing issues and possible the new crafting / professions interface.

Sounds similar in that only the 1st craft able item is (permanently) selected.

yeah did not work even with the new professions interface… Armored Husk is still the only thing that i can select to create. The Sygia Bar (20) is there, i just am not allowed to select it. and /run PickupSpell(350399) does not seem to do anything. the cursor looks the same.

It’s not strange at all… their toons are placed in the correct phase with the correct anvil and correct spells etc all in the correct time.
I just switched back to this toon and now the Stygia Crafting window comes up where as a few minutes ago it did not… It is still bugged tho as i am not allowed to select ‘Stygia Bar [20]’ even tho it is there.
