Sorry if this was posted about before in the past, but is the talent Bounce Back bugged? I started taking it in +26’s because I figured it would get more value than close to heart, but after tracking the buff uptime through details, it seems to almost never proc.
For example, I did a +26 galakrond’s fall, and some of the tick damage that goes out easily deals half my health with each tick, though it still never procced. Anyone else notice issue with this?
