No items. No phase hunter mount. Nothing except the boost. It time gated or something?

So if somehow you were able to make the purchase, the items will probably come later on today whenever they get whatever glitch or whatnot it is sorted out and fixed.

Does that mean the items will appear in my inventory later today? Or am I screwed since I already bought it.
I can’t say for certain, but I would just wait and see what they say. I’m sure there’ll be another announcement made once this has been cleared up.
Look at the Wandering Ancient mount, for instance. It had a staggered release to folks, but did make it to people, even if it wasn’t instantaneous.
Just have patience and wait and see. It’s 4:42am EST, 1:42am PST where they’re located. After a long day with much-extended maintenance, I would imagine people need some sleep. It will be fixed.

So apparently the deluxe items are gotten from SW innkeeper. I’ll check when I’m back in SW
edit; Ya the SW innkeeper had a quest that rewarded all 3 delux items.
