Title basically says everything. I saved up Marks of Honor from battlegrounds to get the Champion’s Dreadweave Hood, Spaulders and Handwraps, expecting I would be able to use the appearances for transmog. I was unaware that these specific legacy sets weren’t available for transmog, and I’d need to get to 2000 PVP rating to get the title needed for the replica version. Is there any way to get my Marks of Honor back? I would rather use them for something else if I can’t use these appearances on armor over iLvl 58.
You can refund them to the vendor within about 2 hours if you didn’t equip em already.

I believe you have 2 hours to return the pieces and get a full refund.
What others said. Till you equip or mog a item you can refund it to the vendor within a hr window.
along with this, the moggable pieces are sold in area 52 in Netherstorm, called ‘replica [armor piece]’ iirc. I’m not sure if there is a requirement to buy them, though.
The thing is I bought them a while ago but didn’t try to use them for transmog until now, so the refund time is long since up. And the requirement for the pieces in Area 52 is a 2000 PVP rating to get the “Champion” title.
You can ‘try’ to ticket it… But my guess is their response will probably be ‘buyer beware’

That is relaxed. Previously you could buy them and use them for transmog only if you earned them during current content.
