Bought a new laptop and having some issues

Hey everyone,

I recently bought a new gaming laptop a Acer Helios 700 and while it’s booting up it just loops at the Predator logo. It turns off and on, and after a while it works? Is there something I can do to fix this or should I send it back? The only problem is that this laptop I bought was meant for me to work from home and I’ll be out of a computer for a week or two. Any help is appreciated.

I would contact where you bought it from and RMA it.

I can think of several fixes but it involves opening the laptop up and that may void the warranty.

You could try calling Acer directly and seeing what they say as well.

Thank you. The only way I can get out of it is pushing one of the Fbuttons multiple times. I went ahead and ask for them to fix it.
