While playing SOD on 11/19 . I purchased the Bottomless Noggenfogger Elixir from Bubbles in Booty Bay The item was for purchase for 800 Noggenfoggers and was supposed to have 1000 charges on it. I was Dc’d from the game 5 minutes after purchasing this I did not use the item yet and I only had 232 charges. The item was changed at the vendor. Am I just SOL on the charges and gold spent?
