There are Loot Sparkles on un-clickable green bottles on the ground in The Hinterlands at Zun’watha.

Could potentially be the quest from STV “Whiskey Slim’s Lost Grog”.
The quest asks you to loot 12 bottles along the Hinterlands coast.
I went there and found no sparkling bottles.

I just saw the bottle lol, I believe it’s for a horde quest but since I’m seeing the sparkles as alliance, I think its buggy.
