I am having the hardest time farming up my legendary gear levels because everywhere i go to farm there is several Balance druids, spamming tab targeting and moonfire and starfall all at the same time, and a couple of other characters spamming tab targeting and skinning. These are obviously bots, they are obviously not manned by any single person.
The people that do this crap are ruining the auction house and ruining other players getting mats for their own crafting.
Blizzard says “botting is illegal”
But i literally run into these things every day

I do it on my druids (12 of them) usually while watching Netflix. Just cause we don’t talk to you or acknowledge your presence doesn’t make us bots we just don’t care enough to respond as normally all you say is reported for botting.

And im sure you have a ton of scripts, macros and such to keep them going while your not even using the mouse and keyboard. how is that allowed? How are you allowed to play 12 Chars at the same time, to power farm and overtake everyone elses chance to get some skins?
You of all people need to understand, since you are partaking in this behavior,
Blizzard intends for people to farm their own materials to craft their own things, but you guys, force people away from farming areas with starfall taking every first hit, and you put everything on the auction house, basically telling others, “hey how about you watch me farm this, then buy it from me?”
And for your information, i always ask every single toon i see farming in that fashion with a whisper, are you botting? If i get no response from any of them, its quite obvious they are unmanned, which is botting.

Ahhhh no I have ingame overlay on my mouse and keyboard (hardware not software) so whatever action I do on one it does on all open instances. As for not responding to you do we know you? No your just some random and can be whispering any of the 12 accounts I have open so unless its the one I have main screened I wouldn’t even see it.

If this is how you operate then that would not explain some who have toons actively killing, and then separate rooms actively skinning, because from your explanation there can only be a exact action, and it’s literally impossible to commit to those two at once, also if you read everything I said instead of skimming it you would have seen that I individually whisper each toon. And me either asking you if you are a not or if I can have a couple mins to farm should deserve a response.
But hey, if I was exploiting thing and watching Netflix I wouldn’t respond either.

Just because its part of your keyboard doesn’t make it not software…huds and overlays are software. If its an in game thing on your screen…thats software, just cause its loaded onto your keyboard or mouse by default doesn’t make it any less…heck drivers are technically software.

They are bots, they aren’t multi boxing. Have seen 4 skinning bots today in Kalas Den. I know the spot is always in use, but I check on it from time to time because I have had 4 successful actioned reports on Druid bots.
Literally botting. I would report this if I see it.
