Like I said in another thread, they are suffering from a massive overdose of complainium and view all reasoning that doesn’t comply with their aggressions to be cope.

I like the word “complanium”. We need to make that a thing.

Bots gonna bot regardless.

Be mad at blizzard not cracking down on the bots, not the boost :man_shrugging:

It’s knowingly creating the issue for monetization that’s the problem, then to not have the staff to support the problem they themselves created, Ouch that’s a double slap in the face. Blizzard’s products have been getting the cut corners treatment for a long time.

Bots actualy make a vast majority of the in game economy more accessiable to the player base. It drives down material costs on crafting and consumes. The only two things players really need gold for anyways.

Yeah, yeah some of you will complain you can’t make gold because bots out compete you.

You’re wrong. The reason you suck at earning gold in TBC is becuase you don’t play the game or know what you’re doing.

Welcome to the WoW forums. People just say things. They’re not based in reality or facts. They’ll just make up
whatever. Anyone with an iq in the triple digits knew bots would abuse the boosts. And yes, plenty of entitled #somechanges people completely downplayed it and made ridiculous posts with pathetic ‘math equations’ trying to dictate bots wouldn’t buy boosts. It was laughable, obviously.

Those people won’t admit they were wrong. EVER. They just ignore everything going on. In fact, now they’ve just moved on to other issues where they say thing slike, ‘It won’t have any impact. Just don’t use it if you don’t want.’ They learn nothing, and never will.

I think you’re grasping at straws.

There’s bots in classic, more on this exciting new development at 11.

The easiest solution to the bot problem is to allow shared loot and xp. That way if you encounter one in the world you can still get your quest credit and drops and possibly a free ride in the process. Win / win imo.

You mean, the way GW2 has done it since launch?!

The real problem with WoW is the Blizzard company culture that’s been festering for the last 20 years or so.

NGL I enjoyed that part of retail. It was one of the changes that dropped my jaw when I finally returned from the game after having left before mop. No longer having to fight other players for quest credit and drops was good, sure we could just group up but this made it like we were already grouped up.

I never had to ask for help to kill an elite or if I pulled too much somebody would always help me aoe stuff down because getting their loot was seamless.

Reagent bank, tagless mobs, independent resource nodes
All existed at the launch of GW2. Hell, I think even respec’ing was free. That game had massive QoL features way before WoW adopted them.
