I have noticed some bots lately in Ironforge at various times during the day or early morning. Sometimes right in prime time evening. It’s really strange that they would do this right in front of everyone. Maybe they think blizzard just won’t do anything to them.
They repair/sell, use the mailbox and sell in the auction house. Why wouldn’t they use Darnassus? Usually in groups of 3 mages. They use the Red Mechanostrider, are gnomes and have similiar gear. After watching the video multiple times I noticed there was a druid and priest bot as well. Believe this is the classic strat bot group. They are actually very nice. They take turns using the vendors and wait at the flight path for everyone.
“Aux” is my auction house addon and there is a way to search for a specific seller or multiple sellers. I do not know how to do this if someone could enlighten me. Curious to see what they post.

They aren’t botting in that video. you can clearly see whoever is playing them stops to move a different toon when they aren’t on follow. However, this doesnt mean they dont bot when inside the instance. It’s common practice to manually set up in cities then auto play in instances because then Blizzard stops paying attention.
It’s either a gold seller who manually plays them with boxxing software all day, or they are a weirdo who farms gold this way which I doubt. Or they are just doing what I mentioned above to lower suspicion.

I’ve seen characters that look like they are controlled by bots, yes. The fact of the matter is the player can rarely know for sure if someone is botting.
Blizzard states here:
Since I’m assuming you don’t have access to the same sort of technology, there’s no way for you to conclusively know if someone is botting or not.
Moreover, Blizzard also states:
So it is entirely possible that what you are seeing is player controlled and not botting. You can still report them by all means, but uploading an expose video and declaring with 100% certainty that they are bots might be jumping the gun.

So if you are defining a “bot” is a character that is solely controlled without human interaction (scripted keystrokes via software or otherwise), then I agree with Msin.
There is no evidence in your video that those mage’s are bots.

Wanting actual proof =/= Supporting Bots.
It was only about a month ago legit players were being wrongfully banned. Here’s what you can do, report them and let Blizzard handle it. No one here is supporting bots, they are questioning evidence, which is a healthy part of a proper system. People like you are why we burned innocent women as witches
