wow classic era are using also flying hack when they sell in light hope chapel all of them fly on the tree and straight to strat
this should be not tolerated but they do it
if they do it and they dont get ban what is the reason where are gms
Blizz only cares about sub count
There are no GM’s. Blizzard is saving money.
blizz bans in waves every few months & by then its too late. the banned accounts would be replaced instantly & will continue to do what they do.
Bots are not a priority for blizzard. Wolk is full of them too, you run into them all over the place. They will eventually ban them but they are so slow at it, the botter easily re-coups their money. I had a herb/mining/fishing bot on my friends list since January, a 78 druid…i recently disappeared about 5 months of gathering. A few days ago i ran into a 68 druid with the exact same name bot fishing along the coast. He’s been in the same spot for over a week. Will probably take several months before he disappears again.
Yes that is correct, this is the most accurate description i’ve seen thus far about botting.
In other words, blizz is basically playing whack-a-mole (Idk if you remember that game from the arcades in the 1990’s) with botting accounts in-game, except instead of in the arcade when the mole goes back into the hole when you “whack” it, it’s the opposite, and also 2 more moles (botting accounts) come back to replace it.
on top of that, each new botting account that’s made in classic or WOTLK, after all, is being paid with real-money or an RMT (which both go to blizzard HQ)
therefore, I can’t see blizzard being able to stop them anytime soon, even with the banhammers a recent poster suggested.
…also, why would they want to be so quick to respond to it if it replaces real players on the $$ side of it…?
Fixed it for you.
Because Blizzard does not require they have a subscription (effectively because of gold token in Wrath / retail)
And because Blizzard does not ban them fast enough to make a difference, ALLOWING them (likely intentional) to recover so they can re-up and keep that MAU value looking good.
Someone is gonna say its a conspiracy theory… its not, its good business sense.
good lookin out brother ![]()
Bet they are sitting in the board meetings saying “wow the token in wrath didn’t do anything to RMT/ botting glad we sold out and went against all integrity the OG devs fostered”
omegalul
The real omegalul is how they being somewhat a bunch of degenerates have more integrity than the present crew.
We’ll have to agree to disagree, friend.
