Bots farming turtles @ south tanaris beach

Looks like whatever current bot is out is being used frequently here. Go check for yourself. Southern tip of tanaris where the turtle beach is. Go all the way down the beach west. They kind of just wander around and start fighting whatever is in range. They run, stop for a moment, run, stop for a moment, run and jump, stop for a moment etc until tabbing to a mob and fighting. They do not fight back just run away from you. I just killed 3 level 60s doing this.

Edit- They rez and immediately eat/drink, then start running away as soon as you attack.

Edit 2 - I saw this same bot pattern being used by alliance inside the feralas naga cave south of the alliance flight path.

Edit 3 - One of the botters came back to his computer. Behavior completely changed and attacked back. Could tell a human was controlling character now.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll get down there and clear them out.

Don’t clear them out. Tag their mobs first, and let them kill them for you. Then you get the loot, and the botters waste their time.

I’ve noticed them farming in several key spots that would be easy for a GM to monitor
