Both monitors going black only on wow

Both monitors go black whenever I am only on WoW. It confirmed does not work with any other game and does not happen whenever I do not have a game open. I can still hear me discord and other sounds when the monitors go black and my computer is still on with lights on and keyboard/mouse on and I end up having to hard reset my PC. Also when the monitors go black they both pop up a message saying no input device detected i.e. its not just a monitor thing its my graphics card completely either disconnecting or just breaking until I reset. The following things is everything I have tried to no avail:

  1. Running wow in DX11 and DX12
  2. Every single setting adjusted to either high or low or something inbetween in wow
  3. Trying new monitor cables on both monitors as well as trying new and different monitor cables
  4. Unplugging mouse and keyboard as well as trying new mouse and keyboard
  5. Trying to play WoW with only one monitor as well as trying different monitors
  6. Completely reinstalling wow
  7. Turning off all addons and cleaning wow cache/wtf
  8. Scanning and repairing system files on wow
  9. Running wow in fullscreen windowed, fullscreen, and windowed mode
  10. Changing aspect ratio of the monitor that my wow is on as well as my other monitor and matching it to my wow ratio
  11. Changing render % scale in wow settings
  12. Trying all resolution settings on wow
  13. Booting wow as always admin vs not always admin
  14. Booting wow for windows 7 Compatability mode
  15. Closing all other programs on my computer while WoW is open
  16. Running Malwarebyts and scanning for malware as well as CCleaner
  17. Turning my antivirus on and off (Windows Security)
  18. Testing other games like Path of exile, Elder scrolls IV Oblivion, Power washing simulator, and Diablo 4 and I could not get the games to perform the black screen crash from WoW
  19. Updating programs like Discord and Google Chrome and Battle.net to see if they were causing issues
  20. Completely uninstalling with DDU my NVIDIA graphics card driver and reinstalling it
  21. Turning off XMP
  22. Not overclocking my CPU and having it at factory default
  23. Cranking the fans up louder on many parts in my computer to see if heat was a problem
  24. Constantly monitoring all of my temperatures on all of my parts to see if temperature is a problem and it hasn’t been
  25. Unplugging other things like my fan and charger from my power strip to see if power was an issue and it wasn’t
  26. Changing the power cable on my PC (But I do not have a spare power strip to test that)
  27. Swapping the ports on my GPU that my monitors are plugged in to
  28. Changing the power outlet slot that my power strip was plugged in to but still plugged into the same outlet
  29. Uninstalling other games and other wow’s to see if cleaning up my hard drive was the issue
  30. Testing to see if one character or another black screens more than my other characters but to no avail could not determine that

My PC specs:
CPU: 13th gen Intel(R) COre ™ i9-13900kf (32 CPUs), ~3.0GHZ
GPU: Nvidia GEFORCE RTX 4070
Windows 12
DDR5 6000 MHz ram
WD Blue SN580 1TB SSD

Any help would be appreciated as I have tried just about everything I can possibly think of myself and everything I’ve seen online

Are you running the 595.90 Nvidia driver ? you might try rolling back to an earlier version , I had a different issue with 595.90 and rolling back fixed it.

I started having issues before 595.90 and I updated to 595.90 hoping it would fix it but it didn’t

You may not have enough power for the GPU? Or it’s faulty?

You could also be running into an issue with the CPU hogging power.
