Xal’atath already took over one elfs body, so perhaps we do defeat her only for her to take over Alleria. Idk but I could see that

harbinger gets defeated but still is successful in bringing in the invasion of the reapers to the milky way

I’m cagey because MMORPGs tend to be very shy about letting players “lose” even if we fix the bad later.

Sylvanas…duh. She has managed to be the bad-girl for the past 3 expansions.
bets on Old Gods being the big bad. thats usually how it goes, old gods → legion → old gods → legion → old gods etc. since the legion is defunct they may replace legion with void lords or some other celestial threat.
Definitely will be somebody Horde-aligned; we’ve gone an entire expansion without a Horde-themed raid boss and they always have at least one every other expansion.
