I pay very good money to play this game, and this is unacceptable. I only have a few hours during the weekend to play, and I cannot progress due to the game bugging out and not rewarding me for a kill.
I killed a boss that had 120 MILLION health, took 15 minutes to kill, and it did not reward me. I won the battleground quest where we needed to kill the boss, my two friends got the completion, i did not. I tried to kill a world boss for ruby crest, and it did not reward me after killing the boss.
PLEASE fix your game. Wow is where I de-stress, and it’s causing me more stress, that i’m paying for!!! I just pre-ordered war within and I am regretting it!!! This game is bugged!!!
This is more than a simple bug report, I need customer support. I am done playing this game until this gets fixed. I want a refund for my pre-order if there’s nothing that can be fixed.

If they cannot complete the progress for the quests that bugged out for me, then I am done paying WOW. It’s rediculous to pay $15 a month for such a broken game, and I can’t even submit a ticket on their support page, and players like you are telling me to go somewhere else.
The only other place for me to go, is away from WoW permanently. If that is the case, I will need a refund for my pre-order.
You aren’t guaranteed loot from Raid Bosses or Dungeon Bosses or World Bosses.
I’m assuming this is Ashran and the quest to kill Vol’rath. For credit you must be near him (in the horde base). If you are not near him you will not get credit if he is killed.
What do you mean by “ruby crest”? Flightstones? Whelpling/Drake Crests?
For Awakened Whelpling and Drake crests to drop from content, in Season 4, it needs to be “Awakened” content. This week the Emerald Dream content is awakened, which is the Emerald Dream World Boss and Dreamsurge in Thaldraszus. Other world bosses like in Zaralek Caverns and and the Original 4 Dragonflight World Bosses aren’t awakened this week and won’t drop Season 4 gear and currency.
Awakened is on a fixed rotation with next week the 4 original Dragonflight zones and its respective world bosses being awakened. The week after that Zaralek Caverns and Fyrakk Assaults will be awakened, then the week after that Emerald Dream and Dreamsurges.
Alas for you, there are no GMs, Devs - no staff beyond our SFAs on this forum. Customer Support is a forum for players to assist other players. So you will not being finding any kind of support to your issues on the level of what you’re expecting.
Now, as to submitting your ticket for a refund - if it isn’t fully submitting? There are a few things that you can try.
Mind you, those suggestions are only in regards to the refund request. A GM cannot resolve your issue of not having the quest complete. If your friends can get it to work properly and you cannot? There is something borked. It may not be a wide-reaching bug, but it does sound like a bug nonetheless.
Are you in a raid group when trying to complete these quests? Often times that is the easiest and most obvious issue.
