I was watching a video on people beating Zekvir and I saw the game just showing them what spells the boss was going to do next from an add-on. I have never used add-ons and it seems like it should just be in the game. Seems like cheating if it’s not part of the game.

I know we all need access to those add-ons its unfair we don’t have knowledge of those add-ons.
They do a lot of exploiting with that EVUI add-on I think it’s called.
It’s in the game to a degree. Most bosses do somekind of /yell before doing a spell or right as its cast.
There are some bosses that have giant yellow text in the screen built in. There should be better indicators than that though for what is going to happen.
Some of the mechanics are just super hard to see the area of. They are getting better with it though.

That is in no way close to being able to tell when a spell will go off over 5 seconds before the boss even starts.

I know which streamer you’re talking about too. He does +19 dungeons for 12 hours straight and on one questions him lol.
Good news: his abilities are scripted so you don’t even need an addon to tell you

Blackbride, I found the add-on I had to google it.
It’s called BigWigs Bossmods.
Here is the description:
BigWigs is a boss encounter add-on. It consists of many individual encounter scripts , or boss modules ; mini add-ons that are designed to trigger alert messages, timer bars, sounds, and so forth, for one specific raid encounter.
“Timer bars” is what you’re describing.
I know how to do it, I just wont. I will never bother with downloading more trash.

No it’s not. When the fight is a few minutes in I have no idea what order a bosses skills will go off when the timers are not always in a specific order. But if I know what skills are next, it would be easy to plan. Like Tetris without seeing the next piece.
