I find the patch to be boring so far, especially the storyline. I hope we get something with a little bit more bite soon.

Its a mini patch, why did you expect a huge full normal patch when they never set that expectation? Its made for alt catch up. 10.1 will come in 2 months.

I have to disagree. I found the story cut scenes with Emberthall and Ebyssian to be engaging and powerful. I think the vaults gameplay loop is a little simple fun.
And this isn’t in place of a major patch, it’s in addition to it. 10.1 is still coming soon. This is just a nice little bonus of open world stuff at the end of a season. By all means if you don’t like it, take a break.
If wow’s not fun, don’t play it.

You’re right, it wont to be far into the future…but I would guess its probably more like 8-9 based on the TW event

30 keys at < 100% drop rate from rares to clear the vaults every week? Yeah sounds excessive.

Think of 10.0.7 as a prepatch for 10.1 alittle something to do until the next major content patch comes .
They could of done it like most x.x.5 or x.x.7 patches and just made it a qol /class/spec balance patch but instead they gave us a little something to do .

Pretty much, The forbidden reach was a chore, terrible layout, ducking into cave to zerg a rare as fast as possible because gogogo everyone has other content to get to right? lol. Its should be renamed The Forgotten reach after next weeks maint.
The vault is interesting for about 30mins and its done and zero chance ill be stepping foot back in there. If i wanted to play things like that vault id just play some game on my phone.
