A perfect guild if youre a straight white dude who likes navigating toxic masculinity… The guild had potential and had some real nice people in it, but after simply sharing my M+ prog with them which is currently TOP 0.1% in the world, it apparently challenged some guy’s ego and when i had enough of the bullying, stood up for myself and i was removed. Oh ya… not a safe place for women either… had several women leave mid tier Amirisil because they felt uncomfortable with how these guys talked.
It’s a shame it ended up the way it did. I’m not going to contribute to your drama farming because you’ve done enough of that, but the wall of text put out publicly in the discord and now here instead of talking to the people able to make that difference was the final straw.
You underperformed, consistently gray/green parsing and were a consistent death in every pull. Your personality leaves something to be desired, given that you’re apparently incapable of accepting criticism despite claiming you can take it, and you make yourself the center of attention when your input isn’t warranted.
Borderline Amazing has been a consistently diverse group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds - your identity isn’t a factor in your membership. If you perform well and can mesh with the group we’ll get along just fine. In your case, you were incapable of meeting those criteria.
We’re pushing CE and we need members that can accept criticism, mesh with the group as a whole, and can actually perform. You’re incapable of all of those.
We wish you the best moving forward, but it won’t be with us.
Love hangin with the gang in and out of WoW content, vibes are chill while still out to succeed.
Also idk why theres a comment about straight white male bs happening, ive gotten along perfectly well with the whole crew.
