I’m not sure if this is a bug or just new behavior. In the past, if you talked with Zidormi in Silithus and set the zone to the past, when you used the Silithus portal in Boralus it would send you back to her where you could talk to her again to set the zone back to the present. Now, when the Silithus zone (and I assume Uldum as well) are “in the past”, the portal in Boralus to Silithus isn’t even there. I checked the Horde portal and it’s there and takes you to Zidormi as expected.

It’s still missing for me as well. New and old toons don’t see the portal.

I am having this issue as well. The portal is just not there on a character that has used it hundreds of times.

I’ve noticed the same thing as well. I used to be able to use this portal, but suddenly, it’s just missing. The Nazjatar portal is still there.
The portal is there if you talk to Zidormi and set Silithus/Uldum to the present. However, in order to do the dragonriding race in Uldum, those zones must be set to the past.
This problem does not affect horde characters. The horde portal behavior seems unchanged. If Silithus/Uldum is set to the past, taking the Silithus portal from the Great Seal teleports the character to Zidormi’s location in Silitus. This is how it should be for alliance characters as well.
