Nothing has been said on this front.
However there is a good chance they add roflstuns to all the mobs during tbc because that’s already in the client they have.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to stop browsing reddit.

Yep. Since tbc has other smaller changes they can turn this on. and they’d want to cut off the 70’s farming scholo again lol. That change imo was not about boosting. it was to slow down the 70’s in raid gear scholo farmers lol.
We still had 55 to 60 and 65 to 70 boosters galore.
the purest of the pure classic andies will go tbc is when wow got easier. The “retail started in TBC” crew. Instead of 8 rotations every kill…it can be a few less.
Currently turning on stun lock needing alt f4 to get out of can’t go in the game. there will be some legit low gear/low level parties who’d hit hat timer to see it. Not boosted, its just 3 dps and tank can’t push the damage so well.
TBC, slightly easier mobs plus some class tweaks…and now there is less reason to be on those fights a minute.
