Boosted my pally, and now at lvl 51 am trying to go back to Legion to do the Class Hall for the achieves.
I get to Dalaran and there is no class greeter to offer me the next quest steps or my Dala hearthstone.
The Paladin Order Hall portal is non existent for me.
My toon is Ophellysia on Malygos, Alliance

same happens to me, lvl60 paldin y even did the argus quest chain and i got missions for ret, holy and prot artifacts but no artifacts in my inventory as i never got to get the first one…and stuck in the Gift from the Six mission but always says you need a artifact to recive the gift…
Its not just the hearthstone. I do not get the start of the Paladin quests to even open my class hall.
No quest for the artifact weapons, no one speaks to me when I zone into Dalaran
those quests become available after you’ve obtained the hearthstone.
because you haven’t picked up the quest.
follow the instructions in the support article.
To obtain a Dalaran Hearthstone, visit the Hero’s Call Board in Stormwind or the Warchief’s Command Board in Orgrimmar and pick up the Broken Shore option “Fight The Legion”. This will grant you the quest “The Legion Returns”
When you turn this quest in, Recruiter Lee (Alliance) or Holgar Stormaxe (Horde) will give you a choice to skip the introductory quest line to the Broken Shore. If you choose to skip, you will be immediately teleported to Dalaran and you will be asked to hand in the last quest, In the Blink of an Eye —turn in this quest to receive your Dalaran Hearthstone.
Once you’ve got your hearthstone, wait around for a little bit, and someone will run up to you with a quest to start your class hall/artifact quest chain

maybe don’t necro threads if you don’t want information which was correct at the time of posting, but is now outdated.
the support article was updated 2 months ago.
most of the info still appears to be the same.
if you’re still having issues, maybe try turning on tracking for trivial quests.
