I just boosted my low level Druid to L70. I didn’t see a teleport to Moonglade in my spellbook. Normally, you get this when you do the L10 quest to get Bear Form. I created a new character to get the boost, so I never did that quest.
Although it didn’t show up at first, it did just pop into my spellbook today. Not sure if this is a fix, or if everyone will see this delay, but if you’re in my situation, try waiting a day or two.
You learn moonglade as part of your Level 10 Bear quest chain.
Go back to starting zone and find it.
You already have DIRE bear form. That’s the upgraded version. But you never got standard bear form. So you gotta do it. And during that quest chain you will get Moonglade port.
I boosted my druid (to 58) and I had the Moonglade teleport right away 
Auto completed when you boost.
So weird. Oh well.
Or you can always just type “/cast Teleport: Moonglade”
