I boosted my level 30 something druid to level 70 with the boost that came from the pre-order. It seems everything went fine (I haven’t checked the other bugs listed here already) with the exception that I’m missing gear?
The boost came with 424 gear. Every single slot has a 424 item except:
Any specific reason as to why these three slots didn’t get a piece of boosted 424 gear?

Same. I boosted a fresh druid to 70. Spawned in with 344 ilvl missing my shoulders, braces, belt.
I complained to CS And they said they can’t do anything about it

I have the same issue with my Druid.
Same issue with Evoker.
Missing:
-Cloak
-Trinket
Not really raid ready as promised. No one wants a 344 guardian Druid in raid.

same thing here, lv 6 druid boosted to 70 with guardian spec. missing shoulderpads, bracers and belt.
Same here. Druid as well, no shoulders, wrist or belt. Also, the gear I actually received was somehow damaged so I had a 150-ish gold repair bill right off the bat lmao. I submitted a ticket but received a response saying that although Blizzard are aware of this issue they cant do anything about it at the moment. I’ve since asked for a refund.
Same problem here. Missing Cape/Back & 2nd ring (or was it 2nd trinket?).
Same. Missing shoulders, bracers and belt. Guardian Druid selected for the 70 ‘enhanced’ boost. Typically you would get a package with other sets for other specs and then all items equipped for the current spec but no dice. 424 gear but missing 3 slots means 344 item level.
UPDATE: Support ticket was resolved by the GM/SupportRep mailing the three missing gear pieces to my boosted Druid.
I had the same issue with my Druid, I put in some tickets and hot the Auto Response.
Finally a GM did send me a reply ticket saying they are aware of the Bug and are looking for a fix, so fingers crossed it happens soon.
Boosted my Priest and all the gear says 424 but ilvl is 397? Still bugged XD
I also boosted a priest, same issue. For me, and this took me too long to figure out, the issue is they gave me a wand. Not a staff, a wand… with no off-hand. That’s why your average is 397 (I assume), you are missing an entire slot.
Same issue. Boosted a Evoker. Missing Cloak and Trinket.
Now after logging in after the patch, all boosted gear went from 424 to 414 as well.
Weird.
Check your characters… All my 424 gear was downgraded to 415 gear and trinket + cloak still missing…
Same here everyone, my boosted gear was nerfed to ilvl 414 instead of being 424…strange…
