- Bought the deluxe edition
- Created a brand new character (Did not log in with that character)
- Boosted character
- In the “here are your items” mail, there were no items and no Collector’s Edition pet quest item (Goldshire Gift Voucher)
Put in a ticket to get the pet voucher. I’m less concerned about the Squire’s pants.
The mount/toys are supposed to be redeemed via a quest from major city innkeepers. Maybe the pet redemption is the same way?
Tried that. The Vanilla Collector’s Edition is usually redeemed from an item in your inventory on new characters. I’m guessing since I didn’t log into the character first, the inventory item was never put there to be mailed to me.
You go to the main Inn in org/SW or the docks at BB.
Same here.
Isn’t that for the TBC CE pets? And isn’t that only available after TBC actually launches?
This is for the original vanilla WoW CE.
No, he said Deluxe which implies the new version pets/mount/etc
The Goldshire Gift Voucher is the name of the quest item new humans start with to get the original vanilla collector’s edition pets. OP’s saying he got the deluxe edition for a boost, and the un-logged-in post-boost character never received the vanilla CE pet voucher.

My issue was resolved via ticket; a GM had to log onto my account and provide me with the voucher.
