So basically when you would actually use them, you can’t use them…

Well that’s annoying!
Just want to chime in on this. I am also unable to get drops from using shoulder boons at lvl 50.
Very frustrating since I want to level legion engineering. I am missing out on materials/schematics because of this bug. Please someone look into this.

I was leveling a character in Legion Chromie timewalking with the Zookeeper enchant and she was killing mobs and skinning for 2 hours the other day and only got one pet supplies drop. I used to get a lot more than that even on 120s in Legion. I definitely don’t recall getting any on 50s while doing Legion profession quests since prepatch.

Yeah again, if you are above level 45, you’re out of luck for getting any of the shoulder enchants to work outside of Chromie Time. It is absolutely assinine that this is even a thing when they already added the ilevel59 restriction to even put them on a piece of gear. They just need to simply remove the character level restriction and this will be fixed.
It’s not rocket science. No clue why they won’t just address this problem.
