It looks like the majority of RBG boomys play Balance of All Things on their boots. Kindred affinity on neck is a somewhat close second, but requires you to play Kyrian, and that’s also the go-to for arena boomys.
Don’t use boat any more since the huge nerf… arcanic pulsar to ring is the best choice and as stated in wow head or dream grove builds.

I’d still argue circle is better. Your top damage will be dots. But then again I’m no rbg expert. Played a lot last season as boomy but this season in my region there’s like 1 alliance team…
I’m not part of any high end rbg groups because those guys are something else but I’d assume 1min voke leggo is pretty solid if you’re NF. BoAT could also see use I suppose but

That’s likely true, but your dots aren’t what you’re going to win team fights or help you back-cap bases. Your burst is.
