Boomy dot trcaking question

Im just curious how people manage to track their dots. For me, i have a WA tracks how many sunfire and moonfire i have actively on all mobs im in combat with, however, when the group pull more than 4 or 5 mobs, the nameplates all overlapping on top of the screen, i have to turn the camera to look up to actually see which mob is missing moonfire.
So my question is, any other good way to solve this?

I believe there are addons for handling the nameplates. Tidy plates I think its called?

I use plater because it is parried with details

Tab target!

Just name plate addons. Having a weak aura that counts your dots wont be much help if youre still going to have to look and see which ones don’t have a MF.

People can hate on it all they want, I have tab targeted since Vanilla and will continue to tab target for the foreseeable future. It works better than most people think!

@OP: I use default nameplates and it should be fairly easy to see so long as you are looking slightly down on the combat, not directly behind your avatar. Learn to make the camera work for you by constantly making slight small angle adjustments rather than let it work against you.
