Running that soulbind would actually lose a lot of damage from the Convoke itself, +400 mastery on convoke cast and for the full dura of Incarn with Niya makes it a lot more threatening.
Some games convoke feels dirty, but then I run into Rets that 3 shot me from bubble or ww that gas pedal me around the map without a care in the world. IMO, I would like to see them disable Legendary effects and Covenant abilities in instanced PVP content altogether, but alas here we are.
