Starting to get into boomy 2s and 3s, wondering if anyone had advice on azerite traits for either.

Depends on your comp. There are some traits that are good for single target boost. Some are better for spreading pressure around to more targets. I personally prefer the burst single target traits the most but to each their own.
Arcanic Pulsar is a really good one to have in both pve and pvp, albeit nerfed by 50% in the latter. The frequent windows of incarn/CA are nice. Streaking stars compliments that as well but besides that, just whatever sims higher to be honest. Nothing boomy has is paramount to their success. The new PotM might be nice for occasional free lunar empowerments.
I have been running Arcanic Pulsar x1 and Streakingstars x2 and enjoying that. Has anyone found anything working better than that? To me it seems like the best choice atm.
