How to buff boomkin

Your first wrath or starfire (based on eclipse state) will also apply moonfire or sunfire on the target.

This saves boomkins a global CD for applying their dots.

More buffs may be needed afterwords but this would be a good first step.

Edit: i chose this method to minimize pvp effect of the buff as druids will already be applying moonfire/sunfire in pvp when they have to move, and pvp requires a lot more movement so this would be a minor buff to pvp, while a noticeable buff to pve
