Last Balloon immune to the rocket launcher

Same, last balloon will not pop when hit.
Still having this bug on Wednesday afternoon.
Still having this issue as well. Have reloaded UI, logged completely out of game, logged out for over an hour, etc Sitting at 9/10 balloons popped and unable to pop last one for completion 
I did run into the same problem but I managed to get it to work. I logged out while sitting in the chair, when I logged in, I was in a different location. I ran back, hopped back on the launcher, and managed to pop the last balloon.
Still bugged. Blew most of them up yesterday, came back today for the last one and it still wouldn’t blow up.
Tried the “trick” that Felmoe did - logging out while holding the gun and coming back - and it also worked for me.
Yeah took me three attempts logging out and running back, but finally got the last balloon.
Just a tip to the quest designer, if you need us to pop 10 balloons, make sure there are more than that in the area, since in this case one is bugged.
