One piece of loot per run of SOD is terrible! Please up the drop rate and/or give us back bonus rolls for SOD. Getting 5 piece socket gear is painful right now.

but you’re level 26 you shouldn’t be getting any raid level gear at all 
I think this notice is the best we’re getting for improvements to Dom Gear drops. There could always be a hot-fix after 9.1.5, but I wouldn’t count on higher drop-rates on 9.1.5’s release date.
At least it’s easier to get the rune-word bonus you’re after than it was (and it was applied retroactively to gear you already had in bag/banks).
The vault is the bonus roll, infact it is guaranteed loot.
