The House of Constructs “We Send Only You” world quest in Bastion is phased out if you have not completed the “Maldraxxi Eviction Notice” bonus objective which offers an ilvl 138 item from leveling as a reward. This was done on a level 60 character that had leveled with Threads of Fate.
I am experiencing the same issue. I’d complete the bonus objective, but getting 1% completion for killing one thing really kills that initiative. Should I complete the extended version of the world quest before I can even start the world quest? Yeah, hard pass on that one.
