Seems highly illogical for a monk to not take their full global casting bonedust brew.
You can use this macro to make it instant. Make sure you mouse over is the targets you want to hit then it will become a single button press.

/cast [@cursor][]Bonedust Brew
Also to get tiger statue into a single button press and save time in raid you can do the same.
#showtooltip Summon White Tiger Statue
