Decided to go for the waist of time and so Im working on getting uuna, I have all the peices required to summon the devourer but the effigy isn’t spawning so I can’t summon him. Please fix.
EDIT: relogging seems to resolve the issue thankfully
FINAL EDIT: Ran it again on another alt and same issue, had to relaunch the game to get the bone pile to spawn. Don’t know if this is the case for everytime you want to summon the boss but can confirm that it is bugged and requires a relaunch of the game to resolve it as of this time.

I know this is an old post, but wanted to say this worked for me today as of patch 9.1. When I got to the spot where the bone pile was supposed to be, it wasn’t there for me. I exited game and was able to see it, click it x2 and summon/kill the Many Faced Devourer.

Yes same here as of patch 9.2, still bugged but this trick worked. Thank you for the advice!

This will come as no surprise to anyone, but it’s bugged for me as well.
While I was standing there looking stupid, somebody came up, clicked on their effigy, summoned and killed the devourer, and I never did see my own effigy.
Relogging gave me one to click on.
As of The War Within patch 11.1.0 - You can’t just /reload… You have to EXIT the game all together and reload back in. There will be a glitched pile of bones, click it… then click it again. From what I have seen, you have to do that twice because it’s bugged. But this works and you get Uuna the pet.
