Bone build

I’m sure this won’t be the case, but imagine if the changes today:

  • New Talent: Ossified Vitriol – When you lose a Bone Shield charge the damage of your next Marrowrend is increased by 15%, stacking up to 75%.
  • Bonestorm no longer costs Runic Power. Costs up to 10 Bone Shield Charges and lasts 1 second for each charge consumed. Generates 1 Bone Shield charge every 1 second while active.

Had no cooldown for Bonestorm and allowed you to do a rotation where you Marrowrended to fill up Bone Shield, hit Bonestorm, and tried to keep it active with Marrowrends.

I’m sure Bonestorm will still have its 1min CD, but just imagine how fun it would be if it didn’t.

Making Bonestorm more like BoS where it’s an upkeep minigame with bone shield stacks unironically sounds fun, but I doubt Blood mains would like something like that. They have enough maintenance buffs as is.

This would remove alot of heart strike from the rotation, so it would be a bit of a trade off.

The other option would be to just reduce the CD of Bone Storm, remove its cost, and it it be a skill DKs take to pick up packs of mobs with.

The changes they have made to it are nice, but unless alot more free talents points show up, I can’t see too many people taking it.
