I am trying to Login to BNet and every time I do I am presented with an “accept end user agreement” and then when I hit accept it says “Your login Session has expired, Please log in again”. THis has happened 5+ times in a row. Not sure what the problem is or how to fix it.

I should also note that if I click on the error code link, I am taken to the BNet site and get an “agree to EULA” page and hitting accept just takes me back to the same page over and over. Seems like its a problem with accepting.
Yup, stuck in a review terms/agree loop on the desktop launcher as well as blizzard websites aside from this one.
I’m also having the same issue. I even took time to look over the agreement before clicking that I agree, and still getting logged out. The error says:

i cant login at all, it is giving me an error and it keeps spamming me with Review Terms i click agree and it goes to the error BLZBNTBGS80000023
I try again and same issue, i also cant login on battle net account wepage because it ask for terms again i click aggree then its a black screen, help?

yea, just noticed this as well. Looks like we arent the only ones boys!
Not sure why i have to accept a “new” EULA when it’s the old one but now it never accepts my agreement even though i already agreed yesterday when it prompted me.

Same thing I’m getting… I get looped into accepting the agreement thingy and then just takes me right back to the enter password.
Edit: was placed in a log in queue for about a min, then the loop restarted…
