Bnet disconnecting issue

As some have already posted, Whenever I’m logged into a game (Tested with WoW classic as well as hearthstone) I get disconnected (In the case of wow it throws 51900319 while hearthstone just stops and then reconnects after a few seconds).

This happens in intervals of between 5 and 15 minutes.
My bnet launcher (when not logged into any game) also has this issue.

I’m not having any disconnects or even lag spikes in other online services/games. I would like to note that for whatever reason when this happens my net in general on my computer takes a hit. That is to say even my discord will hiccup (if in a game when it occurs, if not in a blizz game no issues even when bnet app disconnects then reconnects itself)

I hope you get a response from someone that could help. This has been going on for about 18 days with me. It disconnects me from WoW every 5 minutes. Any other game I play works fine. Even launching from the same Bnet launcher. Its just WoW for me.

You’ve got packet loss from the first isp hop on, persisting throughout the run. I’d contact your isp.

Thanks, I’ll go ahead and do that tomorrow. Hopefully they can figure it out. Can’t do AQ40 when I keep dc’ing every 10 minutes lmao

Not sure if its any correlation but I’m also playing from Canada and getting these disconnects. My US guildies aren’t.

i’m in the US and getting them started about a week and a half ago, prior tot hat the game ran just fine for me for 3 months

Update. Did a WinMTR and my hops # 6, 9, 10 show 100% Loss. This is constant loss with every run I do.

If you’d like to post it we could take a look and see if anything jumps out.

100% packet loss is not indicative of a problem.

When the disconnect happened I noticed that the packets from 4.7.26.166 were still going but the stop happened at ae1-br01-csla1.as57976. net.
