Bnet updated my game overnight to patch 11.0.0 (55666) which isn’t even live yet. I’ve got the login screen but can’t actually log into any games because my version isn’t compatible. No option to revert or repair either.

I’m not sure why your retail would have already run the update, are you sure it wasn’t on the beta branch in the launcher? I believe the beta servers are down btw, explaining why you can’t login.

Yes, it is retail. I don’t have the PTR loaded or selected. I do have the new login screen but it shows ALL realms “incompatible”. Everything is red. Bnet shows I have patch 11.0.0.55666 which is a change from it showing patch 11.0.0 (55666) but no change on logging into the game.

I’m also having this issue. Trying to launch Live, getting TWW login screen and a list of the Live realms, all “Incompatible”

So, the solution to this is apparently COMPLETELY remove Battle.net (including the Battle.net Client itself), THEN reinstall. You should make sure to back up your WTF folder as well because apparently uninstalling WoW decides to remove all of your settings with it.
