I’m pretty sure the OP is under the delusion that there’s going to be a new world tree for the night elves sometime either this expansion or before the game ends for good.
…some of us inspired them as we pointed out there is a exact spot for the World Tree by Ohn’ahran Plains. Though I have warned the Old Gods know and already ploted a scheme for the world seed.
I don’t know about this expansion but it will definitely happen before the game ends, unless by some freak occurrence Blizzard goes under in the next year. They’re setting it up way too hard.
There’s a whole quest chain about it with cinematics and everything…so it’s a safe bet that it will happen sooner rather than later.
