Hey guys. I came here to lok for advice. My damage seems real low, I have no self healing passive mechanics, I can’t shake melee once they are on me…kc and pet damage in general is so low… classes just los me in 1v1 and wait for me to come to them, and then I do no damage… Melee offensive trinkets my trap or stun and then 100 to 0 me… no mechanics in my kit to shake them off anymore…and for a mail class my damage reduction seems nonexistent…
What happened to BM? They built everything around pack alpha but instead of tuning it they just removed it.
We used to be anti rogue just now they (and all melee) just runs us through.
Perhaps a reduction on our stun cd to 30s? Would that help? Or give us some passive leech?
I love hunter but it seems bm is done for the rest of bfa. I dont think just adding killshot back for sw will fix us.
Most dps can solo healers but hunters seem to be simply undertuned.

Are you using Bursting to buy you some time? Are you spec’d into Scatter Shot? If not, get it. How much Versatility are you packing? What pets are you using?
BM can use neither Bursting Shot nor Scatter Shot.
@OP, BM is definitely not as bursty as a Rogue. You’ll need to whittle down via Beastial Wrath until you find a window to go for a kill. Use traps super offensively to force a trinket. Once trap is back, blow CDs and try for a kill. Continue doing that until you OOM the enemy healer or you land a kill.
Since you’re playing BM, you should run a spirit beast against double DPS for Spirit Mend and a Raptor or Bird of Prey vs healer comps for the healing rediction.

I do know that Deth’tilac attacks faster than just about every other pet in the game. Maybe that’ll be useful for harassing a healer?
I don’t know if the attack speed has the effect of knocking back, but BM and SV should avoid using him for the risk of capping Attack speed if you want to be able to keep boosting it up.

I’m a BM Hunter PvP’er 
Currently around 2300CR in 2s (have yet to pursue 3s this season seriously) and with a bit of attention to detail and help from Hogx I’ve managed to make it work.
