BM pvp, barbed shot?

I noticed the speed buff stacks, but the bleed does not stack… Does that mean i shouldn’t fire barbed shot on the same target? but keep bleeds on multiple targets? for 2v2/3v3

I think the dot does benefit from pandemic but the buff does not. So, the play is to refresh barbed shot at the last possible moment.

AFAIK, barbed shot’s dot will break your cc so I wouldn’t cleave it in pvp unless you know your team won’t be trying to land any breakable cc.

You want to cast barbed shot when you cap at 2 charges.

Barbed shot does 3 things when you cast it

  1. pet buff
  2. reduce the cd of bestial wrath by 12 seconds
  3. bleed damage (the dot doesn’t stack in pve or pvp).

Bestial wrath is 25% dmg buff. If you are managing barbed shot properly it should be available every 30-45 seconds.

Sure, casting barbed shot on multiple targets to spread the dot around is good but it’s not very important compared to the pet buff and cd reduction.

Barbed shot should stack to be a more powerful dot. The it would be semi decent
