Legit about to unsub from this game for not hotfixing this spec’s tuning immediately. It’s crazy that I can lose to a BM hunter that forgets he has kick and trap bound to his bar in all 6 rounds of solo shuffle and still wins 6 rounds at 2.1k cr. The player deserves to be at 1500-1600 rating yet is boosted by his spec being giga broken. Please fix.

if you’re going to unsubscribe due to balance, then you should do it now. The game will never be balanced, there will always be an egregious outlier.

I have a lvl 12 hpriest killing TW dungeons if u wanna join me tomorrow.
Got 6-0d by a mage in a sv, bm, demo lobby. The shame.
I went 3-3 last night at 2550 mmr to double bm frost mage. That lobby was an absolute pain for a Templar ret, I’m rooted and slowed the whole dang time.

Bm is legit the most op thing by far though. Black arrow is definitely proccing way too much

It procs all the time for me in MM spec as well.
That’s just not really true though. We’ve been much closer to all around balance than this before - at least to the point where there’s nothing “egregious”.
On a related note, is there an addon to completely remove all BM and Demo pets from my screen? I don’t even care if I play worse or miss pet kill/cc opportunities at this point. Over it.
I just quit playing BM last expansion bc it did 0 damage. Now it’s broken. But i frfr only quit BM bc they legit don’t know how to balance the class. It’s ether unplayable or god tier. Actually no in between. Now I’m playing ret and they had to cast out 100% buffs bc it was so dookie. We’ll see how it goes

Put this in a macro and run it, it will remove all pets outside of like the primary ones. Felguard + 2 bm main pets for example.
No imp/dreadstalker/charhound/cotw hunter pets/dire beast frames either. Similar w/dks.
Might mess up frames for pve tho

Doesn’t help that the easiest spec and most easily rerollable in the game is the strongest.

BM damage could get toned down a bit or hear me out.
BUFF all classes DPS to be comparable. Lets not make this a Dampening META.
Now i might be low MMR but I cant see how thats accurate.
I’ve had games were I just kite a war entire game.
I usually take explosive trap for the pushback, and I seem to not struggle at all.
Not sure how a higher rated war would matter much. I feel like current hunter kit is really good for running away.
BM hunter might have the easiest DPS rotation, but it is not the easiest to play well in PVP.
landing traps is not easy in Arena especially with every DPS/helaer having almost no cast timer. Kiting is hard in the current state of WoW too because of the mobility of all classes.
I will agree that the DPS portion is easy, but there is a big difference between a bad hunter and a good one in terms of CC.

While I believe BM should get a SLIGHT nerf, there are classes that are just as powerful as BM in my opinion (Not in order):
SP
Feral
WW
ASSA/SUBT (If left free: GGs)
Frost Mage
All 3 Locks specs
Devoker
Arms/Fury
DK
Special attention to WW and Ferals… they are way under the radar…
