So I’m looking at Arcane Shot & Cobra Shot. Arcane Shot currently (for me) does 241 Arcane dmg. Cobra Shot currently does 392 physical AND reduces the CD of Kill Command by 1 second.
What I’m getting at is, is it even worth it to keep Arcane shot on my bar? It feels useless. I’m currently lvling a hunter and am at lvl 34, so I wanted to ask the level 70’s if its something I should keep on my hotbar.

I don’t keep it on my bar. It’s useless for BM unless you specifically need arcane damage.
Only keep it on a side bar for when I need to pull something to me. Have most abilities macro to have my pets to rush in and attack. Arcane is usless in any other purpose.
Its 100% worthless and was only put there to please classic boomers that like button bloat.
take it off your bars, arcane shot is for MM.
Arcane Shot was brought back at the beginning of Shadowlands. They promoted it like it was the return of awesome abilities, but it was tuned so poorly it’s near useless for BM. It was only added so they could attach anima powers to it in Torghast.
Awful design by blizzard and for them to let that remain in our kit shows they could care less if there’s something never being used.
Save happens as survival
It’s useful while leveling from 1- 10. At level 11 you get Cobra Shot. At that point you can safely remove Arcane Shot from your bars and forget it exists.

If Survival Hunters replace their melee weapon for a range weapon they can use Arcane Shot to be a range Survival Hunter again.
If Arcane Shot was in the frozen isle of the BM grocery store, it would be a low fat, low sugar, low calorie “ice cream” called ‘Raisins and Sadness’.

@OP if you pvp then having it can be the difference in killing or not killing a pally along with other things. If you strictly pve then yea seems removing it is the move.
Although I’m sure having different damage types can/has and could come in handle for certain pve content. 
Great, now going have Paladins asking for Arcane Shot to have its damage reduced.
