Nah theyâre just going to give a lot of attention to Warlocks and Shadow Priests per usual. Need to make sure they stay at the absolute top, and we perform about 20% under them.
They did BM in when they nerfed us into the ground after âfixingâ the bow problem last season.
If there is an actual dev for hunter they are so bad at their job. That or Ion denies any of their work to make us actually competitive.

Hopefully they stop aura buff/ nerfing us and actually look at our trees. A reduction in talent point costs so we could access more capstones in both and the entire right side of the spec tree would be great.

kek on balancing classes (and specs) on set bonuses that many do not have.
I cant help but laugh. Who couldâve seen this coming when they nerfed bm by 30% after fixing the rare bow. Literally dead last in all tiers of aberrus. 20%-25% below most other specs, only slightly behind fire mages. Not even their patented 3% buff to all damage will fix what they did to BM.
Itâs really wild going from a top ST spec to the actual bottom in such a short time. I was lucky enough to have the bow pre nerf, and it slapped. After they adjusted the tuning, I thought maybe they would tune more classes to be around our in a vacuum maximum. That is obviously not the case, and it is very frustrating. I have some fairly good parses in Heroic and Iâm almost never in the top 8 of my raid. We absolutely need a buff.
Moreover, raids/mythic + groups are not benefiting by bringing in a hunter. We lack a raid wide buff (pet lust in a raid hardly counts). Our output is not good, even when played flawlessly. The tier set is underwhelming. The talent tree is bloated. We are also SUPER squishy. The buffs to health have helped but we still play like a glass canon, minus the whole âcanonâ part.
Iâd like to see Aspect of the Fox come back. I know it was extremely powerful, but it gave us a real contribution to the raid. Taking an AoE build TANKS single target output, taking a ST build gives us absolutely no cleave. Multishot should be baseline with beast cleave backed into it. Kill cleave and Beast cleave Duration (should up to 10 seconds given the current MS focus cost) should become talent options. Hell, bring back Wild Spirits so we have some burst again.
Itâs frustrating. I hope the devs can take some serious time to implement impactful changes to the class.
